    Scalable Infrastructure For Embedded Analytics

    Conversion Interactive Agency were looking for a specialist partner to help design and build, alongside their own data team, a world-class and scalable data analytics infrastructure to support embedded analytics used in their LeadLink 2.0 platform.

    LeadLink 2.0 from Conversion Interactive Agency allows carriers to follow the data from the initial driver click on their ad to the hire and beyond. With this data, they can make informed decisions about their recruitment marketing strategy, take action on recurring driver issues, and optimize recruitment and retention efforts for better results.

    Over a three-month period Rittman Analytics worked with Conversion Interactive Agency to first define a data strategy and delivery roadmap to deliver their needs, and worked with their data team to prototype a modern data stack based around technologies from Rudderstack, Google Cloud Platform and dbt Labs.
